Staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

Free shuttle to Harvard so I could attend an event there, and a bus stop across the street from the hotel for easy access coming back. The staff is very friendly. Little market in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The ability to use BOTH heat and air conditioning. I get cold easily at night, so the fact that I could use the heat in May was a huge bonus for me, and during the day I'd have it on AC. One of the best heating/vooling systems I've seen in a hotel

My family and I reason for going to Boston is to reconnect with family living in Boston. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing, and the staff especially those in the bar and dining area made us feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful seven days.

Spacious room, very comfy beds and nice bedding. Friendly staff and good facilities in the hotel and the room. Breakfast buffet was a bonus - nothing fancy, but decent enough cooked breakfast options and cereal/ toast etc, too. Could probably do with some more fruit in the selection. Luggage storage was good - they had a big locked room and stored our bags the whole day for us as we didn't leave Boston until 6pm the day we checked out. Our son liked the leisure area - we didn't use the pool, but he played basketball and on the small climbing wall.

The property area, amenities, breakfast, service are all good. The shuttle service was really nice too.
