Staff very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

Free shuttle to Harvard so I could attend an event there, and a bus stop across the street from the hotel for easy access coming back. The staff is very friendly. Little market in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The ability to use BOTH heat and air conditioning. I get cold easily at night, so the fact that I could use the heat in May was a huge bonus for me, and during the day I'd have it on AC. One of the best heating/vooling systems I've seen in a hotel

My family and I reason for going to Boston is to reconnect with family living in Boston. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing, and the staff especially those in the bar and dining area made us feel like family. Thank you for a wonderful seven days.

Good location near T stops. Easy access to downtown. Neighborhood is semi-industrial but felt safe. Not a lot of options for food but the Tavern at the End of the World is only 2 blocks away and a nice pub-like atmosphere for a drink.

The Hotel Staff is truly wonderful! They are most considerate, efficient, and care about their guests needs and comforts to a very high level. Our flight brought us into Boston at 6:30am, so we requested the hotel for an early check-in upon arriving at 7:30am. Their normal check-in time is 4pm, and we needed a room before 11am in order to get ready for a college graduation event at 1pm. The receptionist at the time, Mr. Dev was most courteous, apologizing that this weekend, the hotel was booked up, but he would try his best if we could wait. He took our phone contact, and we waited in the lobby, using the work area (quite adequate). After two hours, he came to offer us an upgrade room that would be ready earlier, but unfortunately it didn't meet our needs. Later, while at the hotel breakfast, Dev came personally with the news of a room ready for us! We were so surprised and delighted, and most grateful for the early checkin. During our stay, all the staff was most courteous, friendly and helpful. Another staff member very kindly printed an urgent document for us, while engaging in very warm and friendly helpful conversation for my daughter. And finally, upon our departure, we reached home to find I had forgotten my medicine in the hotel fridge. Again, Dev very kindly came to the rescue - he quickly located the medicine via the hotel housekeeping and guided me through a simple system set by the hotel to provide mail-back of forgotten items. I was so relieved and deeply grateful. This hotel steps above and beyond to make their guests feel valued and helped, and be given a most enjoyable stay. Thank you, Holiday Bunker Hill staff.
